Alipbek Sharipbekovich Usebaev kaz. Әlіpbek Shәrіpbekұly Өserbaev Born on August 20, 1961 in the village of Kyzylkum, Maktaaral district, South Kazakhstan region.
In 1983 he graduated from the Kazakh Institute of Chemical Technology with a degree in Chemical Engineering and Technology.
