On October 27, 2017, in Schwerin ( Germany ), the quarter-final fight of the 1st season of the World Boxing Super Series in the 2nd middle weight (up to 76.2 kg) between the unbeaten Avenue Rob Brant (22-0, 15 KOs) and the German veteran Jurgen Bremer (48-3, 35 KOs) in which a 39-year-old German boxer won a landslide victory (score: 112–116, 109–119, 110–118) [1] .

October 20, 2018 in Las Vegas ( USA ), Brant had a fight with world champion Japanese Ryeta Murat (14-1) , whom Rob Brant defeated by unanimous decision (score: 118-110, 119-109, 119-109) and won WBA middleweight title [2] .
