Ragim Alkhas ( azerb. Rəhim Alxas , hinal. Rahim Alhas ; 1937-2003) is a Khinalug poet , translator and publicist , originally from the village of Khinalig .

The author of the book “ Khinalalyg and Khinalalygs”. The significance of the work of Rahim Alhas lies in the publication of the alphabet and many books in the Khinalug language . For the first time in a single school in the village of Khynalyg, Rahim taught Khinalug language to primary school children.
