Biography
Born on January 1, 1980 in the village of Uvisla, in the Ternopil region.
From 1986 to 1997, he studied at the secondary school in the village of Uvisla, where he graduated from grades I-III.
From 1997 to 2000 he studied at the Ternopil Theological Seminary named after Saints Cyril and Methodius of the UOC-KP and during his studies he carried out obedience to the subdeacon Metropolitan of Ternopil and Buchachsky Vasily (Bodnarchuk) .

From 2001 to 2006, he carried the obedience of a sexton in the Intercession Church of the Solomensky district of the city of Kiev, and from 2008 to 2014 - in the Nikolsky parish of Borispol.
On February 23, 2015, he was received by a novice in the Mikhailovsky Vydubitsky Monastery of the city of Kiev.
On July 9, 2015, with the blessing of Patriarch Filaret (Denisenko) , in the Vydubitsky Monastery of the city of Kiev, Metropolitan Pereyaslav-Khmelnitsky and Belotserkovsky Epiphanius (Dumenko) was tonsured into monasticism with the name of Paul (in honor of St. Apostle Paul).
On July 26, 2015, Metropolitan Pereyaslav-Khmelnitsky and Belotserkovsky Epiphanius was ordained to the rank of hierodeacon , and on February 15, 2017 - to the rank of hieromonk .
September 1, 2015 entered the graduate school of the Kiev Orthodox Theological Academy.
From October 2017 to January 2018, he carried obedience at the Administration of the Pereyaslav Diocese of the UOC-KP.
On January 22, 2018, the Holy Synod of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Kiev Patriarchate (Journal of Session No. 2) was elected to ordain as a bishop of Odessa and Baltsky [2] .
January 27, 2018 held the naming of Bishop [3] , and on January 28 to the Vladimir Cathedral Patriarch Filaret, with the participation of Metropolitan Perejaslavskogo and Bilotserkivskyi Epiphany (Dumenko) , Metropolitan Belgorod and Oboyan Ioasafa (Shibaeva) , Archbishop of Rivne and Ostrog Hilarion (Protsyk) , Archbishop of Vyshgorod Agapit (Gumenyuk) , Archbishop of Poltava and Kremenchug Fyodor (Bubnyuk) , Archbishop of Boguslavsky Alexander (Reshetnyak) , Bishop of Zhytomyr and Ovruchsky Paisius (Kukharchuk) , Bishop Vasilkovsky Lavrentiy (Migovich) was ordained as a bishop of Odessa and Baltsky.
On February 8, 2018, his enthronement took place [4] .
In February 2019, he visited Mount Athos with a group of pilgrims, where on February 8 he led the liturgy service at Pantokrator Monastery [5] .
