The new roses

The band began in 2007 with vocalist Timmy Rog and drummer Urban Bertz in the German city of Wiesbaden . In 2008, the project was supplemented by bassist Stefan Kassner, and in 2012, guitarist Dizzy Presley. In the same year, the group played concerts with giants such as: ZZ Top , Black Stone Cherry , Joe Bonamassa , Die Toten Hosen , Blackfoot and Roger Chapman.

In 2010, The New Roses, as part of a European tour of Germany and Switzerland, accompanied the American band Molly Hatchet with their Justice World Tour program.

In 2013, the group recorded the first studio album “ Without a Trace” . The main single of the album becomes the bonus track of the official soundtrack for the series “ Sons of Anarchy” , in German adaptation.

In May 2014, Dizzy Presley and Stefan Kassner left the band. Norman Bates (solo guitar) and Hardy (bass guitar) replace them almost immediately.

In the period from 2012 to 2014, the group played more than 150 concerts in Germany, Switzerland and Spain. On February 14, 2015, The New Roses signed an international contract with global giant Napalm Records .

On June 6, 2016, while on tour, they receive an invitation to take part in the music program in the UEFA Champions League final. The concert takes place in Berlin at the Brandenburg Gate .

In the fall / winter of 2015, The New Roses participate in concerts with world-famous rock leaders Accept , and again support the Molly Hatchet world tour in Europe.

In February 2016, the band released their second album, Dead Man's Voice . The New Roses, first hit the European charts, ranking 36th in Germany. On the day of the presentation of the album, the band performed in a completely sold out hall in Wiesbaden, opening the eponymous European tour.

In the summer of 2016, the group played many concerts and festivals, including: Summer Breeze , Rockharz Open Air, Love Ride Festival Schweiz, Show Bike Aquitaine, Raismes Fest and Plougarock Festival in France. The tour included many venues and clubs in Germany, Switzerland, England and France. In the same year, The New Roses supported the "warming up" of the famous rock band The Dead Daisies . So, The New Roses opened the Y&T band tour from the USA.

In 2016, during the German part of the tour, The New Roses performed with colleagues on the Serum 114 label and in December of the same year opened the concert of the legendary SAXON . In February 2017, the group played three concerts in England and conducted a 2-week tour of Spain and France.

In the summer of 2017, The New Roses again performed several concerts with The Dead Daisies in Germany, France, Switzerland, as well as at the Hellfest festival. In August 2017, they released their third album, “ One More for the Road,” and reached 20th place on the German charts, and 52nd place in Switzerland. In September 2017, the group played two charity concerts in Afghanistan as part of the Resolute Support program. At the same time, the band started on One More for the Road, which performed at the Hard Rock Hell Festival, along with Airbourne and Y&T .

In the fall of 2018, The New Roses worked in support of the world tour of the legendary American band KISS as part of the THE KISS KRUISE tour. The group played three concerts at the opening act at KISS in Miami , Key West and the Bahamas .
