Content
History
It was founded on October 16, 1930 as an agrarian-pedagogical institute (later pedagogical), becoming one of the first higher educational institutions in the Far East. The new university received at its disposal the building of the Annunciation Gymnasium (built in 1913 by the architect Eduard Schaefer ) [1] .
In 1980, the institute was awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor for the successes achieved in the training of teachers. In 1995, the Annunciation State Pedagogical Institute (BSPI) received university status and on December 23, 1996 it was renamed the Annunciation State Pedagogical University.
