Biography
Vera Nikolaevna Sukhorukova Born on August 10, 1951 in the village of Vydriha, Shemonaikhinsky district, East Kazakhstan region.
From 1968 to 1973 she graduated from the Ust-Kamenogorsk Construction and Road Institute with a degree in Engineering Economics.
In 1989, she graduated from the Academy of Social Sciences under the Central Committee of the CPSU , specializing in Teacher of Scientific Communism.
Labor
From 1973 to 1977 - Senior economist, head of the planning department of the Dzhezkazgan regional department of public utilities.
From 1977 to 1984 - Instructor, department head of the Dzhezkazgan city committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan.
From 1984 to 1996 - Chairman of the city committee of national control; deputy, first deputy chairman of the regional executive committee; First Deputy Head of Administration, Akim of Zhezkazgan region.
