Born on June 11, 1984 in the city of Pavlodar [1] .
In 2005, he graduated from Moscow State University named after MV Lomonosov for qualification as a Bachelor of Economics [1] .
He is a graduate of the Bolashak International Scholarship of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan [2] : in 2007 he received a Master of Economic Policy degree from the University of Bradford ( Great Britain ) [1] .
In 2016 he graduated from Kokshetau State University. Sh.Ualikhanov specialty "Construction" [1] .
He speaks Kazakh , Russian and English .
He began his career in 2005 as a leading specialist of the Department of Economics and Finance of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (September 2005 - July 2006) [1] .
From October 2007 to September 2008 - Director of the Department of Marketing and Commercialization, Director of the Strategic Development Department of the RSE "National Center for Biotechnology of the Republic of Kazakhstan" ( Astana ) [1] .
From September 2008 to November 2009 - he held senior positions in commercial structures in the city of Astana [1] .
