Sports career
At the USSR Championships in Athletics in 1973 , Vladimir Parkhomovich won a gold medal and became the USSR champion in the 4x400 relay relay race together with Leonid Korolev , Valery Yurchenko and Semyon Kocher .
Biography
Vladimir Ignatievich Parkhomovich was born on May 24, 1951 in the city of Artemovsk , Krasnoyarsk Territory .
He graduated from high school in 1969, after which he entered the Krasnoyarsk Institute of Non-Ferrous Metals , which he graduated in 1974.
Since 1969, Vladimir Parkhomovich began to engage in athletics with coach N.V. Medvedev, who became the Honored Coach of the USSR .
After completing his sports career, Vladimir Parkhomovich became a coach and judge.
