Evgeny Dmitrievich Zhovtyak (born March 19, 1961 in the village of Rudniki, Snyatynsky District, Ivano-Frankivsk Region) is a Ukrainian politician, deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of the II, III and IV convocation.

Biography
Evgeny Zhovtyak was born on March 19, 1961.
He graduated from Kharkov Aviation Institute with a degree in mechanical engineering for the production of aircraft. From 1984 to 1990 he worked at the Zhulyansky machine-building plant.
From 1990 to 1992 - worked at the Kiev experimental production and advertising plant as the head of the planning and economic department.
From 1992 to 1993 - in the Kiev-Svyatoshinsky district state administration holds the position of head of the business and privatization sector.
From 1993 to 1994 - chief specialist of the Department for Property and Entrepreneurship of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
He was elected deputy of the Verkhovna Rada in 1994, 1998 and 2002.
From February 2005 to May 2006 - head of the Kiev Regional State Administration.
