Early years
Born in Syktyvkar on July 8, 1960 .
Education
She graduated from the Syktyvkar State University in 1983 with a degree in Biology and Chemistry, and then in 1998 from the North-West Academy of Public Administration of the Russian Presidential Academy of Public Administration with a degree in State and Municipal Administration and the St. Petersburg Institute of Vocational Education “Theory and methodology of vocational education” in 2004.
Work
From 1977 to 1978 she worked as an apprentice seamstress at the Komsomolka Syktyvkar garment factory, and from 1980 to 1983, accountant at the Alyonka daycare center SMP-235 Pechorstroy (Syktyvkar).
In 1983 she became a laboratory assistant at the Department of Zoology of the Komi Pedagogical Institute in Syktyvkar, and from 1984 to 1999 she taught chemistry, was an educator, deputy director for educational work, head of the educational department, deputy director for educational work, deputy director for educational work Acting Director of the City Professional School No. 1 of the city of Syktyvkar.
