The final match was held in Osh at the Akhmatbek Suyumbayev stadium. For the first time in its history, the Osh Alai won the Cup, beating the Bishkek Dordoi in the final. Prior to this finale, Dordoi won all 6 finals to which he reached. Alai, on the contrary, lost all of their 6 previous finals. At the same time, the teams did not meet each other in the final matches.

The winner received the right to play in the match for the 2014 Kyrgyz Super Cup . However, since Alai made a gold double, becoming the champion of Kyrgyzstan in the 2013 season , he played in the Super Bowl with the silver medalist of the Dordoi season. Also, victory in the National Cup gives the right to participate in the AFC Cup in 2014, but Alai earned this right through a victory in the championship.

Format

Matches of the early stages consisted of one match, while, as a rule, the junior clubs took opponents on their field. Semifinals consisted of two matches on the field of each of the rivals. The final of the tournament consisted of one match and was played on a neutral field.
