Biography

Vladislav Arkadyevich Verestnikov was born on January 4, 1947 in Kharkov. In 1969 he graduated from the Kharkov Institute of Radio Electronics .

In 1976 he graduated from the vocal department of the Kharkov Institute of Arts (classes of solo singing by T. Ya. Veske and concert and chamber singing I. M. Polyan).

In 1975-1977 he performed in the opera company of the Kharkov Opera and Ballet Theater .

In 1977 he was accepted into an intern group, and the following year he joined the main troupe of the Bolshoi Theater . His mentors were P. M. Nortsov and P. G. Lisitsian . He performed more than 30 parts in operas of Russian and foreign composers. He toured in the USA, Japan, Italy, France, Denmark, Holland, Germany, Greece, Turkey, and Cyprus.

He performed as a soloist with the Presidential Symphony Orchestra, with whom he toured in Japan and the USA.

Since 2005 he has been teaching solo singing at the vocal department of the Moscow State Institute of Music. A. Schnittke . Since 2006, she has also been teaching at the Galina Vishnevskaya Opera Center (additional education teacher).
