Alfred Fehervari ( Hungarian. Fehérvári Alfréd ), real name Gredinger ( Hungarian. Grédinger Alfréd ; November 18, 1925 - March 30, 2007 ) is a Hungarian footballer and football coach who played as a midfielder. The grandfather of the famous Hungarian singer Gabor Alfred Fehervari , known as Freddy [1] .

Biography
He began his playing career at the Kune club in Mosonmagyarovar . He played for the MAV-DAK and Gyory Vashash IT teams from Gyor, and played 13 seasons with Gyory IT. In the seasons of 1952 and 1953 he finished with the team in 6th place. He entered the field several times as part of the second national football team of Hungary, and completed his career as a player in 1960. In 1970-1972 he was a coach of the Haladash club from Szombathely, held 67 matches in this post. Later, he directed the school of children's football at the club “Gyory ITO” [2] .
