Biography
Born in 1935 in the Italian city of Arenzano. After receiving a theological education on September 19, 1959 he was ordained a priest .
On June 17, 1991, Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Bergerati. On October 27, 1991, he was ordained bishop by the Archbishop of Bangui, Joachim N'Dayen , accompanied by Bishop of Berberati Armando Umberto Gianni and Bishop of Bambari, Michel Marie José Metre.
June 17, 2010 resigned.
