Arts is a term referring to the theory and physical expression of creativity in various societies and cultures . The main components of the arts are literature (including drama , poetry and prose ), performing arts (among them dance , music and theater ) and visual arts (including drawing , painting , filmmaking , architecture , ceramics, modeling and photography ). Some arts combine a visual component with a performing component (for example, cinematography ) or a graphic component with writing (for example, comics ). From prehistoric cave paintings to modern films , art serves as a kind of vessel for telling stories and transmitting a person’s relationship with the environment.

Definitions
In the most basic, abstract definition, art is a figurative understanding of reality ; the process or result of the expression of the internal or external (in relation to the creator) of the world in an artistic image ; creativity aimed in such a way that it reflects the interest not only of the author himself, but also of other people. The act of creating an expression itself may also be referred to as a particular art form or as art in general. The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines “art” as “painting, sculpture, music, theater, literature, etc., which are considered as a group of actions performed by people with skills and imagination” [1] . The US Congress defined the “art” as follows in the National Foundation for Arts and Humanities (National Foundation on the Arts and Humanities Act) as follows: [2]
The term “art” includes, but is not limited to, music (instrumental and vocal), dance, drama, folk art, creative writing, architecture and related fields, painting, sculpture, photography, graphics and craft arts, industrial design, costume design and clothing , cinema, television, radio, cinema, video, tapes and sound recording, arts associated with the presentation, performance and exhibition of such major art forms, all of these traditional arts practiced by various people of this country, (sic) and study and hostname arts in the human environment. |
