Eol (son of Ellin)

Eol ( ancient Greek Αἴολος ) is a character of ancient Greek mythology [6] . According to Apollodorus , the next poem by Hesiod , Aeolus is the son of Ellin [7] and the nymph Orseid , brother of Dora and Xsuf [8] .

Aeol reigned in the region of Thessaly and called the Aeolians living there. After marrying Enaret , the daughter of Deimaha [9] , he gave birth to seven sons - Krefey [10] , Athamanta , Sisyphus , Salmoneus , Pereira , Deion , Magnet , and five daughters - Kanaka , Alkyon , Pisidica , Kalika , Perimedu [11] . The descendants of Aeol are the founders of many large dynasties of the mythical rulers.
