The first overpass was named due to the high rise (hump) with a small length. According to tradition, the reconstructed more gentle overpass was also named [1] .

History

An overpass was built in 1924. It was reconstructed in 1950 (engineer Yu. F. Werner, architect Yu. I. Goltsev).
