Geography
The village is located in the south-east of the Chelyabinsk region, in the steppe zone , near the state border with Kazakhstan , at a distance of about 29 kilometers (in a straight line) east of the village of Chesma , the administrative center of the region. The absolute height is 243 meters above sea level [2] .
