Lamborghini engineers have chosen Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV) technology. The body is made of materials such as aluminum, carbon fiber and titanium. At the heart of the body is a carbon monocoque with aluminum front and rear subframes.

Features

Asterion has a mid-mounted V10 engine, which is used by Huracán and delivers a maximum output of 610 hp. (449 kW), and two electric motors on the front axle, in addition, a lithium-ion battery, generating a total power of 300 hp (221 kW; 296 hp). Batteries are located in the central shaft, which increases the safety of the car and the center of gravity. The car is equipped with a torque detection system typical of hybrid sports cars.

Asterion has a top speed of 298 km / h (185 mph), and up to 125 km / h (78 mph) when powered exclusively by electricity. The car can accelerate to 100 km / h (62 miles per hour) in three seconds. The car is classified as a Grand Tourer and has a battery mileage of 50 km. Hybrid technology adds 280 kg (617 lbs) to the total weight of the car.

The car has a sharp corner design and a carbon fiber monocoque, borrowed from Aventador, as well as carbon fiber composite panels. The interior is designed in a minimalist style, ivory leather upholstery, carbon fiber, aluminum and titanium trim, the seats are located higher and the windshield is more vertical than traditional Lamborghini models for added comfort, which indicates the grandiose tourist character of the car.

Asterion also has more storage space than typical Lamborghini models. It contains three driving modes, namely “Zero” (full electric mode), “Ibrido” (which drives the car at the combined power of the engine and electric motors) and “Termiko” (which drives the car only on the engine). Modes can be selected using the buttons on the steering wheel. [1] [2] [3]
