Geography
It is located on both banks of the Black Forest (Chornitsa).
Neighboring settlements: in the north - the village of Vutolchitsy of the commune of Neschwitz , in the northeast - the village of Lagov of the commune of Neschwitz, in the south - the village of Sulšeci and in the west - the village of Bachon [2] .
History
First mentioned in 1390 under the name Dryekreczim villa [3] .
From 1936 to 1962, it was part of the Storch commune, from 1962 to 1994, to the Prischwitz commune. Since 1994, it has been part of the modern commune of Göda [4] .
Currently, the village is part of the cultural and territorial autonomy of the “ Luzhitsky Settlement Region ”, on the territory of which there are legislative acts of the lands of Saxony and Brandenburg, contributing to the preservation of the Luzhitsky languages and the culture of Luzhic [5] [6] .
