Biography
Born in 1922. Member of the CPSU since 1951.
Since 1940 - on economic, social and political work. In 1940 - 1980 - Assistant to the head of the district water administration, teacher, director of the seven-year school, head of the district department of water management, chief engineer, head of the Tejen department of irrigation systems, head of the Ashgabat regional department of water management, deputy minister, minister of water resources of the Turkmen SSR, Minister of Land Reclamation and Water Resources of the Turkmen SSR.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 7th and 8th convocations, the Supreme Council of the Turkmen SSR of the 9th and 10th convocations.
He died after 1980.
