• Voloshin Dmitry Sergeevich was born on August 9, 1974 in the village of Alekseevka, Belgorod-Dniester district of Odessa region, in the family of a career officer and music teacher. He spent his childhood years until the age of 12 on the Black Sea coast. In the same village I went to school. In 1986, due to his father’s new duty station, he moved with his family to Ufa, Transbaikalia. A few months later, the Voloshins family moved to the Moldavian city of Floresti. While studying at school he attended a circle of radio amateurs. At the age of 15, he became acquainted with the first models of personal computers. At the age of 16, Dmitry became interested in programming and wrote his first games for Vector 06C, some of which he sold to the Chisinau computer center a few months later.
• After graduation, Voloshin planned to enter the Bauman Technical School in Odessa, but he did not have enough points for entrance exams. Not wanting to waste time, Dmitry tries to enter Orenburg. He succeeds, he goes to the Faculty of Power Supply of industrial enterprises and cities. After a year of study, Voloshin decides to transfer to the Chisinau Polytechnic Institute.
• In 1995, Voloshin first became acquainted with computer graphics.
• In 1996, Dmitry completed his studies at the institute, defending a thesis on the topic "Performance evaluation of personal computers based on the Pentium microprocessor. • In 2012, at the age of 37, Voloshin was fond of sports. Having no sports training, Dmitry decided to run the IronMan triathlon distance in Zell am See (Austria).
• In 2013, Voloshin will cross the Bosphorus. In the same year, Dmitry in Zell am See (Austria) overcame the “half” of the IronMan distance.
• In 2014, Dmitry runs a marathon on the ice of Lake Baikal. In July 2014, she took part in the Triathlon competition - “Escape from Alcatraz”. • In 2018, Dmitry was elected President of the Triathlon Federation in the Republic of Moldova. In the spring of 2018, Voloshin took second place at the North Pole Marathon and became the first Moldavian to conquer the polar marathon. Upon his return, Voloshin receives the state award of the Republic of Moldova - the Meritul Civic honorary medal.
• In 2019, Voloshin set a record by running the Ultromorofsk distance 50 km at −60 ° C in the Oymyakon ulus of Yakutia.
