Biographical information:
Born in 1852 in the family of a priest in the Vladimir province , place of birth: churchyard "Nikolo-Debri" .
In 1862 he entered a religious school in the provincial city of Vladimir. In 1873 he graduated from general education classes in the Vladimir Theological Seminary .
From 1873 he studied at the Demidov Juridical Lyceum (Yaroslavl) and in 1877 received a certificate of higher legal education.
He served as Vice Governor of Yekaterinoslav, at various times, from June 7 to July 7, 1900, from September 3 to November 5, 1903, from November 1 to December 15, 1904, from March 18 to April 12 and from June 4 July 25, 1905, from 9 to 24 May 1906, from 8 to 30 January, from 6 to 19 May, and from 2 June to 1 July 1906, from 12 April to 21 May 1907, from 4 February to 14 March and from April 18 to May 3, 1908.
From 1909 until the Revolution of 1917 , he lived in the city of Vladimir on Bolshaya Moskovskaya Street, at number 44 . Currently, this building houses the Administration of the Oktyabrsky District of the city of Vladimir.
