Biography

Born in 1902 in the village of Yasinovo. Member of the CPSU since 1931.

Since 1929 - on economic, social and political work. In 1929 - 1973 - Komsomol and party worker, head of the People’s Commissariat of Finance Department of the Moldavian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, managing affairs of the Council of People's Commissars of the Moldavian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, people's commissar of the forest industry of the Moldavian SSR, participant of the Great Patriotic War, commander of the partisan detachment, deputy commissar of the 1st Moldavian guerrilla unit, commissioner of the partisan detachment, deputy commissar of the 1st Moldavian guerrilla unit, commissioner of the partisan detachment, deputy commissar of the 1st Moldavian partisan union, commissioner of the partisan detachment, deputy commissar of the 1st Moldavian partisan union, commissioner of the partisan detachment, deputy commissar of the 1st Moldavian guerrilla unit, commissioner of the partisan detachment, deputy commissioner of the 1st Moldavian partisan union, commissioner of the partisan detachment, deputy commissar of the 1st Moldavian partisan union, commissioner of the partisan detachment; Council of Ministers of the Moldavian SSR, Permanent Representative of the MSSR at the Council of Ministers of the USSR, Managing Affairs of the Council of Ministers of the Moldavian SSR.

He was elected deputy of the Supreme Council of the Moldavian SSR of the 1-5th, 7-8th convocations.

He died in Chisinau before 1985.
