Biography
Born in 1932 in the village of Giurgiulesti [K 1] . Member of the CPSU since 1953.
Since 1957 - on economic, social and political work. In 1957 - 1984 - teacher, secretary, second secretary of the Vulkaneshta district committee of the Communist Party of Moldova, deputy secretary of the party committee of the Vulkanesht collective farm and state farm management, chairman of the Vulkaneshta district executive committee, first secretary of the Suvorov district committee of the KP Moldavia, minister of education of the Moldavian SSR.
He was elected to the Supreme Council of the Moldavian SSR of the 8th, 9th and 10th convocations.
