Facts
January 29, 1997 was dismissed by a decree of the Government of the Russian Federation with the wording “in connection with the transfer to another job”. I learned about the dismissal on 02/08/1997. I did not agree with the dismissal, said that it was the prerogative of President B. N. Yeltsin. He challenged the decision of the government in court, won the lawsuit. But on May 14, 1997, President B. N. Yeltsin relieved L. A. Bochin of his post with the same wording “in connection with the transfer to another job” [3] .
- In 2004, Leonid Bochin sharply criticized the position of Oleg Mitvol during the anti-cottage campaign in the Moscow region [4] . In particular, he stated:
