Content
Geography
Located in the eastern part of the district, on the shores of Lake Grassy (hence the name). Relief - plain (West Siberian plain); the nearest heights are 207 and 213 m. The landscape is a forest-steppe. In the vicinity there are rare spikes. The village is connected by dirt and highway roads with neighboring settlements. The distance to the regional center (Troitsk) is 20 km, to the center of the rural settlement (village Drobyshevo) - 15 km.
History
The village grew up on the site of Travyanaya’s capture, it was founded at the end of the 19th century and was part of the Yegoryevsky volost (Trinity district of Orenb. Province.). According to the census, in 1900 there were 12 yards at the settlement, in 1926 in the village. Travian - 42 (there was a school).
In 1925–59, Travyanka was the center of the Travyansky Village Council of the Troitsky District.
In 1930, the collective farm "Morning" was organized, which owned 6875 hectares of land, including arable land - 3296, meadows - 111.2, pasture - 1355 hectares.
In 1951, "Morning" became part of the collective farm. Beria (since 1953 - the collective farm named after Kalinin), in 1957 - the state farm "Klyuchevskaya" (on the rights of the 5th division).
Now in the village is LLC Travyanskoe.
