Emil Dams ( Dutch Émile Daems ; born April 4, 1938 , commune, Walloon Brabant province , Belgium ) was a Belgian professional road bicycle racer in 1959-1966. The winner of the stages of the Grand Tours Tour de France and Giro d'Italia , the multi-day cycling race Giro di Sardinia (1961), the one-day cycling race: Giro di Lombardy ( 1960 ), Giro del Appennino (1960), Nationale Slutingspreys (1960) 19 Tour Ticino , 1962), Milan - San Remo ( 1962 ), Paris - Roubaix ( 1963 ).
