Otakar Vindish ( Czech. Otakar Vindyš ; October 9, 1884 - December 23, 1949 ) - Czechoslovakian hockey player . Three-time European champion ( 1911 , 1922 and 1925 ). Member of the Czech Hockey Hall of Fame.

Biography
Otakar Windisch was born in Prague on October 9, 1884. He began to play hockey in 1902 for the team of ChLTK Prague. Since 1905 he played for the hockey club Slavia ( Prague ). Member of international hockey competitions. Bronze medalist of the 1920 World Hockey Championship (as part of the 1920 Summer Olympics in Antwerp ). European Champion 1911 , 1922 and 1925 . Silver medalist of the European Ice Hockey Championships 1913 and 1921 , bronze medalist of the European Championship 1923 .
He played 26 matches for the Czechoslovak hockey team and scored 9 goals.
He died on December 23, 1949 in Prague.
May 6, 2010 was admitted to the Czech Hockey Hall of Fame [1] .
