Biography
Born on January 21 ( February 2 ), 1826 [1] . Son F. P. Bryullov , nephew K. P. Bryullov .
He studied at the Imperial Academy of Arts . During the period of study, he received awards from the Academy of Arts: a small silver medal (1846), a large silver (1847), a small gold (1849) for the program “Dock Project with Customs, Exchange, etc.” , a large gold medal (1850) for project of public entertainment. " The title of the class artist (1850). Sent abroad (1852) by a pensioner of the Academy of Arts for 6 years [2] .
While in Rome , he was awarded the title of Academician of Architecture (1860) for the assembly presented, drawings and drawings performed abroad. The title of Professor of the Academy of Arts of the 2nd degree (1864) without the execution of the program, in view of the reinforced classes on arranging palace projects for the August sons of Emperor Alexander Nikolaevich . Lecturer at the Academy of Fine Arts (1868-1884). Architect of the Ministry of the Imperial Court (since 1860). He served in the TSK MIA (since 1866), the supernumerary member of the TSK MIA (1876-18585). Architect of the 3rd St. Petersburg distance and police buildings. City architect, member of several commissions of the City Duma. Founding member of the Petersburg Society of Architects . He built the Alexander Barrack Hospital in St. Petersburg, rebuilt the Okhta police department, worked on the Gagarinsky Buyan , for Count Kushelev-Bezborodko. [3]
Died January 18 ( 30 ), 1885 . He was buried at the Smolensk Lutheran cemetery in St. Petersburg [1] .
