Legislative Election in El Salvador (1978)

The parliamentary elections in El Salvador took place on March 12, 1978 [1] . Almost all opposition parties except one boycotted the election [2] . As a result, the ruling National Coalition Party won an easy victory, receiving 50 of the 54 seats of the Legislative Assembly.
