Biography

Lee John Ryan was born in 1983 in Chatham , near London. Mother and father divorced when he was five years old. In childhood, Li was found to have dyslexia .

During his studies at school, Li had problems, he said that he hated teachers. Possessing a rather strong and difficult character , Lee made a childish decision to look for work. He absolutely did not care who and where to work. Having tested many professions, in the end, Lee realized that he could not hide his sincere love of singing.

At the age of 17 (2001), he tried to enroll in Holby City , and at the selection he met Duncan and the rest of the guys. As a result, they created a group. The debut album, entitled "All Rise" immediately became a bomb - more than 3 million copies were sold. In 2002, Blue released his second record, One Love. Hits: “One love”, “Curtain falls”, “If you come back”, “Breath easy” (written by Lee). The talent of the young soloist was exceptional, venerable critics argued that it was Lee who was the basis of the collective, its core. Lee was dubbed the new Robbie Williams .

After some time, Ryan became a regular in London pubs. His behavior was unpredictable, sometimes immoral. Fights, drunkenness and women - the only thing that was of interest to him then. The British press has found in his face the long-awaited material - a reckless character devoid of "brakes".

The difficult period of life ended for a young man with a terrible car accident. Immediate skin transplantation, the most complicated operation and luck helped him to survive and continue his career. A major role in such a difficult situation was played by the support of loved ones.

Unexpectedly for everyone, after the next successful album “Guilty” Blue broke up. But Lee did not stop his career and already in 2005 released a debut album with the uncomplicated name - “Lee Ryan”. The album was recorded in the style of Pop Soul. The songs became hits: “Army of lovers”, “Turn your car around”, “When I think of love”, etc. The album immediately began to storm the British charts, entered the top ten.

In parallel with the “sonic” success, Lee began to work on the image - now the singer is an important “face” of the titled company “ Dolce & Gabbana ”. Also, “baby blue” appeared in the role of an actor - he took part in the episodes of the film “The Heavy” by Marcus Warren. [3]

Lee believes that star disease is alien to their group, here is his statement on this subject: “We are not inaccessible guys, we are not building big stars out of ourselves. We are natural. Recently we were in a club, girls approached us and asked: are you a group? And we replied that we are students. We are doing this so that people feel that we are the same as they are, because this is so. ”

In June 2008, Lee was engaged to hairdresser Samantha Miller, and in November their firstborn was born.
