Biography
Born in 1916 in Khujand. Member of the CPSU since 1943.
Since 1938 - on economic, social and political work. In 1938 - 1962 - Deputy senior agronomist, head of the control and seed laboratory of the Leninabad cotton ginner, participant in the Great Patriotic War, reached Berlin, director of the state nursery in the Shakhrinau region, deputy head of the agricultural department of the Stalinabad regional committee of the Communist Party (b) of Tajikistan, director of the Tajik secondary agricultural school for training collective farm chairmen, First Secretary of the Dushanbe District Committee of the Communist Party of Tajikistan, First Secretary of the Dzhilikul District Committee of the Communist Party of Tajikistan op Department of Party organs of the CC CP of Tajikistan, first secretary of the district committee of the CP of Tajikistan Panj, secretary of the CC CP of Tajikistan, the first secretary of Kurgan-Tube City Committee of the CP of Tajikistan.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 6th convocation. The delegate of the XXII Congress of the CPSU.
He died in 1990 in Dushanbe.
