Member of the Audit Commission of the Communist Party of Ukraine in February 1960 - March 1966. Member of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR of the 5th convocation.

Biography
Born into a peasant family.
Since June 1941 - in the Red Army, a participant in the Great Patriotic War . He served in aviation units. From May 1943, he was an adjutant of the air squadron, and from March 1944, he was deputy chief of staff for the operational intelligence of the 7th Guards Assault Aviation Regiment of the 4th Air Army.
Member of the CPSU (b) since 1944 .
After demobilization, he was in responsible party work.
Until 1958 - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Communist Party of the Dnieper Metallurgical Plant named after the Dzerzhinsky city of Dneprodzerzhinsk, Dnipropetrovsk region.
In 1958 - January 1963 - 1st Secretary of the Dneprodzerzhinsky City Committee of the Communist Party of the Dnipropetrovsk Region.
In January 1963 - December 1964 - Secretary of the Dnipropetrovsk Industrial Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine - Chairman of the Industrial Regional Committee of Party and State Control. At the same time, in January 1963 - December 1964 - Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Dnipropetrovsk Industrial Regional Council of Workers' Deputies.
In December 1964 - May 1968 - head of the industrial department of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine.
