Andrei Vasilievich Priveda (born January 1, 1986 , Olgovka ) is a Ukrainian rower who played for the Ukrainian rowing team in the period 2007-2014. Silver and double bronze medalist of the European Championships, member of the Ukrainian eight at the Summer Olympic Games in London .

Biography
Andrey Priveda was born on January 1, 1986 in the village of Olgovka, Berislavsky District, Kherson Region, Ukrainian SSR . He started rowing in 2002, was trained in Kherson Dynamo.
The first serious success at the international level was achieved in the 2004 season, when he became a member of the Ukrainian national team and in the standings of oar steering doubles, he won the junior world championship in Spain. A year later, in eights at the world youth championship in Amsterdam, he became sixth. A year later, at similar competitions in Belgium, he received bronze in the same discipline.
Since 2007, he performed at the adult level, in particular, made his debut at the World Cup, visited the European Championship in Poznan , where he took fourth place in the eights.
At the 2008 European Championships in Athens, he limited himself to participating in the consolation final B.
In 2009, he won a silver medal in the eights at the European Championships in Brest , while at the World Championships in Poznan he managed to qualify only for the final B.
At the 2010 European Championships in Montemor-o-Velho, he became a bronze medalist in the eights, skipping ahead teams from Germany and Poland, while at the World Championships in Karapiro he was far from being among the winners.
In 2011, he won a bronze medal in eights at the European Championship in Plovdiv , while at the World Championships in Bled he could not be among the winners.
Thanks to a series of successful performances, he was awarded the right to defend the country's honor at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London - as part of a team that also included rowers Anton Kholyaznikov , Victor Grebennikov , Ivan Timko , Artyom Moroz , Valentin Kletskaya , Oleg Lykov , Sergey Chikanov and steering Alexander Konovalyuk , selected in the eights in the consolation final B and located in the final protocol of the competition on the eighth line.
After the London Olympics, Priveda remained part of the rowing team of Ukraine and continued to take part in major international regattas. So, in 2013, he started in the eights at the European Championships in Seville , and in 2014 he participated in the European Championship in Belgrade .
