Geography
The village is located in the northwestern part of the region, east of the Chubur River, west of the Tom River, at a distance of about 25 kilometers (in a straight line) north of the district center of the city of Yurga . The absolute height is 101 meters above sea level [2] .

History
It was founded in 1816 [4] . In the 1868 List of Populated Places of the Russian Empire, the settlement is mentioned as the factory village of Tomilova, Tomsk District (2nd section) at the Chubur River, located 57 miles from the district center of Tomsk . There were 37 yards in the village and 195 people (91 men and 104 women) [5] . In 1911, in the village that was part of the Tutal volost of the Tomsk district , there were 40 yards and 312 people lived (163 men and 149 women) [6] .
According to 1926, there were 82 households and 425 people lived (mostly Russians). The first-level school functioned. Administratively, the village was part of the Maltsevsky Village Council of the Bolotninsky District of the Tomsk District of the Siberian Territory [4] .

According to the 2010 All-Russian Population Census, men accounted for 47.8% of the gender structure of the population, and women, respectively, 52.2%.

According to the 2002 census , Russians accounted for 95% of 435 in the national structure of the population. [7]
