History
The first issue was released on December 12, 1992, at the beginning of the transition to a market economy. He founded the newspaper CJSC Belbiznespress.
From December 1992 to August 9, 2005, the newspaper was published under the name “National Economic Newspaper” [note 2] [reference 1] . Until 1998, the name was in Belarusian: “National Ecumenical Newspaper”. From August 12, 2005, by presidential decree No. 247 of 05/31/2005 on the use of the words “national” and “Belarusian”, the newspaper was renamed “Economic Newspaper”. The chief editors of the Economic Newspaper were Fedor Velikoselets. From December 1992 to June 2009 Leonid Friedkin.
