Gameplay

The graphical interface of the game VA-11 HALL-A . The player interacts with a character named Dorothy. On the right is the beverage kneading interface, with which various cocktails are created. In the window below, passing dialogs are displayed.

Gameplay VA-11 HALL-A is based on the work of the bartender . The player takes on the role of Jill, the barmaid from the fictional city of Glitch City. The player’s task is to prepare alcoholic drinks for visitors to the bar and earn game currency, which he can later spend, for example, to decorate the house ^[2] . While the player is working, clients tell the main character about their misfortunes in the form of dialogs, and the player can read them ^[3] .
