Biography
Born in 1911 in the village of Buirabap. Member of the CPSU since 1940.
Since 1932 - on economic, public and political work. In 1932 - 1972 - Lecturer at the Pedagogical College, director of the school, participant in the Great Patriotic War, deputy head of the Chardzhau regional department of public education, secretary of the Chardzhou regional committee of the Communist Party (b) of Turkmenistan, chairman of the Executive Committee of the Chardzhou City Council, 1st secretary of the Chardzhou City Committee of the Communist Party of Turkmenistan, chairman of the Executive Committee of the Chardzhou Regional Council, 1st Secretary of the Chardzhou Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Turkmenistan, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Turkmenistan Tana, Chairman of the Committee of National Control of the Turkmen SSR.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 6th convocation, the Supreme Council of the Turkmen SSR of the 7th and 8th convocations.
He died in Ashgabat in 1972.
