The area of somon is 8 thousand square meters. km On the territory there are mountains Hatad, Sevray (2631 m), Bayanbor ridge (2100 m), Dulaan, Halzan; sand dunes with a length of 100 km. Somon is rich in reserves of gold , coal , precious stones , chemical and building materials [1] .
On the territory of somon there are many salt lakes . The animal world is represented by wolves , foxes , Pallas , kulans , mountain rams , wild goats and migratory birds [1] . According to 2010 data , there are 88,834 livestock in the somon [2] .
