In 1979 he made his debut in the USSR Championship - he came out at the end of the second league match as part of Dynamo Brest . Then he entered the pedagogical institute, played for his team in the championship of the Byelorussian SSR . In 1982-1983, Brest played 61 games for Dynamo, scoring 13 goals. In the fall of 1983 he entered the army service, 1984 spent in the team of the first league "Iskra" Smolensk . He made his debut on June 3 - in the away match against Omsk “Irtysh” (3: 1) came on substitution in the 76th minute and in ten minutes set the final score. On September 17, he participated in the 1/16 USSR Cup match Against Dinamo Tbilisi (2: 2, 4: 3 pen.). “Iskra” in that draw reached the semi-finals, which allowed Raschikhin to become master of sports. He missed the first half of the next season due to hepatitis , after which he returned to Dynamo.

Before the season of 1989, he moved to Dynamo Minsk , played 22 matches in the championship, scored three goals. The team was renewed and the 28-year-old Rassikhin returned to Brest again. In 1991, Yury Kurnenin came to the post of head coach, who, at the end of the first round, dismissed captain Rassykhin and two more football players “for the decline of sportsmanship” due to suspicion of surrendering matches.

In the seasons 1991/92 - 1992/93, he played in the third league (the fourth largest division) of the Polish championship for Olimpia Zambrow . Returning to Belarus, in the team "Brestbytkhim" won the championship of the third league 1992/93 . In the second league, he spent four seasons for the club (in 1996, the team moved to Kobryn), after which he ended his career.

He was a full - time penalty kicker , he performed most of the free throws. Had a decent speed and speed endurance.

He died in 2016 at the age of 54.

The son Pavel (b. 1986) in 2003–2007 played for the Dynamo double Brest, in 2007 he spent two games in the second league for the Birch club . [one]
