Geography
The village is located on the southern border of the Wastelands biosphere reserve and the ponds of the Upper Lusatia north of Budyshyn .
Neighboring villages: in the north - the village of Lomsk , in the east - the administrative center of the commune village of Vulka-Dubrava , in the south - the village of Merkov , in the south-west - the administrative center of the commune of Radibor, in the west - the village of Bronyo , in the north-west - the village of Novo Armor and Magnifier [2] .
History
The village has an ancient Slavic circular structure built houses with an area in the center. First mentioned in 1381 under the name Camyn [3] . From the 16th century, it was a farmland landowner from the village of Neschwitz .
From 1936 to 1999 was part of the municipality of Milkel. Since 1999, part of the modern commune Radibor [3] .
Currently, the village is part of the cultural-territorial autonomy " Luzhitsky Settlement Region ", on the territory of which there are legislative acts of the lands of Saxony and Brandenburg, which contribute to the preservation of Lusatian languages and the culture of Luzhich [4] [5] .

The official language in the village, in addition to German , is also Upper Luzhk language .
According to the statistical work “Dodawki k statisticy a etnografiji łužickich Serbow” by Arnoš Muki, in 1884 there were 166 people (158 of them were Serbian citizens (95%)) [6] .
