Vitrinite Group

Vitrinite group ( Russian vitrinite group , English vitrinites , German Vitrinitgruppe ) is a group of microcomponents of fossil coal (macerals), which is identified by petrographic studies of coal under a microscope.

Vitrinite Density

Depending on the degree of metamorphism, the density of vitrinite varies from about 1.3 to 2.0 g / cm 3
