Geography

The village is located in the east of the Pskov region, within the Bezhanitskaya Upland , north of the Shelovitsa River, south of Lake Dubets , at a distance of about 6 kilometers (in a straight line) south-east of the urban-type settlement Bezhanitsy , the administrative center of the region.

History

Until 2010, the settlement was part of the now abolished Apolinsky volost , in the period from 2010 to 2015 - in the Bezhanitsky volost .
