Story
Eight New York policemen were killed while trying to detain two drug dealers who needed to transport 300 kg of cocaine. Detective Andre Davis with a dark past is entrusted with finding criminals and avenging the death of his comrades. He decides to completely block Manhattan , including 21 bridges connecting the island with the rest of the city [6] .
