Changing All the Time ( Rus. Constantly changing ) is Smokie's second studio album, released in September 1975 . ^[one]

The first releases of the album were made with the original name of the band Smokey, but in November 1975 it was announced that the name would be changed to Smokie to avoid confusion with the American artist Smokey Robinson . All subsequent editions of the album will have a changed spelling. ^[one]
