He graduated from the Dnepropetrovsk Metallurgical Institute with a degree in metallurgical engineer for the operation of rolling workshops (1934).

- 1941-1943 Head of the pipe group of the Research Pipe Institute (NITI)
- 1944-1954 Head of the Mannesman (pipe rolling) workshop of the Taganrog Metallurgical Plant
- 1954-1957 chap. engineer Ch. Department of the Ministry of Ferrous Metallurgy of the Ukrainian SSR
- 1957-1963 in the Dnieper Economic Council
- 1963-1965 at the Nizhnedneprovsky pipe rolling plant
- 1966-1970 Head department in the All-Union N.-. and design and technological institute of the pipe industry,
- since 1970 head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Ferrous Metallurgy of the Ukrainian SSR.
Member of the CPSU since 1940. Candidate of technical sciences (1966).
Stalin Prize 1943 - for a radical improvement of the technology for the production of mortar pipes and parts of ammunition.
USSR State Prize of 1971 - for the development of machines, mechanisms and devices for automation and intensification of pipe production.
He was awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor, medals "For Labor Valor", "For Valiant Labor in the 1941-1945 War.", "For the Restoration of the Iron and Steel Enterprises of the South".
