Biography
Vladimir Ilyich Varlakov was born on August 7, 1947 in the village of Vilkino, Mayaksky village council of the Kirov region of the Kurgan region , now the village is the administrative center of the Vilkinsky village council of the Yurgamysh district of the Kurgan region [1] [2] .
Since 1970, a member of the CPSU .
In 1973 he graduated from the Sverdlovsk Law Institute with a degree in law.
Since 1972, he worked as an investigator of the prosecutor's office.
In 1974-1977 - the prosecutor of the Safakulevsky district of the Kurgan region [3] .
In 1980-1985 - the prosecutor of the Shumikhinsky district of the Kurgan region.
In 1985-1987, he was the head of the department of the prosecutor’s office of the Kurgan region, the first deputy prosecutor of the Kurgan region.
In 1987-1989 - the prosecutor of the Tselinograd region [4] [5] .
In 1989-1992 - the chief state arbiter of the Kurgan region.
On April 2, 1992, the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation elected Vladimir Ilyich Varlakov, Chief Arbiter of the Kurgan Region, as Chairman of the Arbitration Court of the Kurgan Region [6] .
