Content
Regulations15 teams take part in the championship. The tournament takes place in two circles. Teams that took 1st and 2nd place get the right to enter the Higher League . The club, who took the 15th place in the First League, is eliminated in the Second League. The 3rd place team will play transitional matches with the 14th Major League team. The winner of transitional matches gets the right to participate in the championship among the teams of the highest league of the 2020 football season.
